In 1990 He became the responsible editor in the wildlife sector at the WDR in 1990. After he finished his studies in history and philosophie and gained experience as an author. Since 2008 he has been working as an independent media consultant and appointed jury member all over the world.

The studied filmmaker was born in Flensburg and worked abroad. The author, cameraman and director realized many award winning productions for TV, cinema and commercial. Nationwide he works as a host in film programs and as an abstractor in schools and institutions for adult education.

Florian Gloza-Rausch (born in 1972) studied marine science, zoology and biochemistry in Kiel. Already in school he was interested in bats. Nowadays he is leading the Noctalis Bat Center in Bad Segeberg and he is responsible for the Noctalis event exhibition and the trailers.

Ulrike Reetz (born 1943 in the Harz) lives in Hamburg. After she studied and worked in different fields like graphic, sociology and pedagogue she has been working at the NDR wildlife-film in the production for ten years now.
