2. Collection, Processing and Usage of Your Personal Data

Personal data are specifics about personal and factual conditions of a specific or identifiable individual such as name, address, email address and all inventory data provided through our contact form.  

2.2. Visiting Our Website

A visit to our website is possible without providing personal data. We record access data without your personal information, solely registering the name of your internet service provider and the website through which you visit us or the name of the file requested. These data are consolidated, saved and evaluated as statistical server protocols solely to improve our services. At no time are these data amalgamated with your personal data.  

2.3. Collecting, Processing and Using Your Personal Data

We collect, save and process your data to answer questions arising from our contact form. Once that purpose is accomplished and the issue is resolved, those specifics are blocked from further processing. They are deleted upon expiry of the legal retention period unless you have specifically agreed to further usage of your data. This also applies in case you have requested a deletion of your data.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect our website and our software against loss, destruction, access, alteration or distribution of your data by unauthorised entities.
