Small, Cute Alaskans

In Alaska they are all large: the bears, the elks, the wolves... no wonder then that nobody observes the small creatures. Ernst Arendt and Hans Schweiger had some Alaskan whistling hares in front of their camera. The small things run around and work hard as if the Alaskan summer is too short for their work, and they make cameraman Hans Schweiger sweat. In supporting roles: porcupines, groundhogs, "wild water rats" and, strange but true, ice worms - animal observation and Alaskan experiences informative and entertaining
