Dataport provides modern information and communication technologies for public administration for the German federal states (Länder) of Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg and Bremen as well as the tax administration of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Dataport is a public company (Anstalt öffentlichen Rechts) based in Altenholz near Kiel and has offices in Hamburg, Bremen and Rostock.
The website of the registered association "Förderverein Green-Screen-Festival e. V." is hosted by Dataport free of charge. Dataport thus wants to support the association's commitment and to contribute to setting the stage for cultural events such as the Filmfestival 2007 in the town of Eckernförde.
