Author for radio features (various ARD-channels and Deutschlandradio) and for newspapers and magazines such as Die Zeit, Die Woche, Natur & Kosmos and Merian.
Editor of several non-fiction books, for example on desertification ("WüstenErde"), about environmental issues in Eastern Europe ("Klassenfeind Natur") and a corresponding directory ("Adressbuch Umweltverbände Osteuropa").
Teaching and lecture appointments at the Goethe-Institut in Mumbai, India; Miguel Alemán Foundation in Mexico; eco-tourism-conventions in Johannesburg/ South Africa and Guayaquil/ Ecuador; Netzwerk Recherche (association for investigative journalism); the RTL journalism school in Cologne; Environmental Media Centre Macedonia; Dritte Welt Journalisten Netz (Third world journalists network); and the German branch of the European Business Ethics Network;
