Director: Billy Clapham

Billy grew up in rural England, obsessed with the natural world and especially birds. He had always eagerly watched any Natural History documentaries he could get his eyes on, but it was only after discovering a love for photography that he decided that wildlife filmmaking was what he wanted to do. After studying Zoology and then a master’s in Wildlife Filmmaking at the University of the West of England, Billy made his film “Keeper of the Call” and now works at the BBC’s Natural History Unit.
