The motorway ploughs its way through the landscape. The forest - occupied by activists. Police officers have to clear the way of machines. Residents look forward to a free ride. Politicians implement decisions – conscience-stricken. In the village of Wiera, 16 kilometers from the occupied forest in Dannenrod (the "Danni"), clearing is underway. Every 25th tree felled belongs to the producer Klaus Stern. The motorway will soon run just 700 meters past his parents’ farm.
