Director: Katharina Weikl
Katharina Weikl is a Swiss-German curator, filmmaker and science communicator. She holds a PhD in the history of science from HU Berlin.
As deputy director of the Graduate Campus of the University of Zurich, she is committed to young scientists, transdisciplinary collaboration, and dialogue with the public. As a curator, she promotes the dialogue between science and art in exhibitions such as "Planet Digital" at the Museum für Gestaltung 2022; 100 Ways of Thinking, Kunsthalle Zürich 2018; Transactions, Manifesta 11, 2016.

Born in Lucerne, Switzerland. 2001-04 Graphic design studies at Fachklasse Grafik BMS Lucerne. 2005-08 BA studies in animation at HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst). 2008 BA in Animation from HSLU. 2008-10 MA studies in animation at HSLU. 2010 MA in Animation from HSLU. Since 2010 works as an independent director, animator and puppetmaker for commissioned and independent productions. 2014 founder of the stop motion studio Tiny Giant Animation.

Born in Berne, Switzerland. 1999-2000 Preparatory course at HKB (Bern University of the Arts). 2006-09 BA studies in animation at HSLU (Hochschule Luzern, Design & Kunst) and K’ARTS (Korean National University of Arts). 2009 BA in animation from HSLU. Since 2009 works as independent director and animator for commissioned and independent productions. 2014 founder of the stop motion studio Tiny Giant Animation.
