* Children and young people under the age of 18, schoolchildren, trainees, students, participants in the Federal Volunteer Service (BFD), holders of the Ehrenamtskarte, unemployed persons, recipients of benefits under SGB II and XII (unemployment benefit II, social benefit, basic security/social assistance, Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act and people with disabilities (from 50 GdB) are entitled to a discount. If the need for an accompanying person is entered in the severely disabled person's ID, this person will also receive reduced admission for a jointly attended film screening. Please indicate this in the note field when ordering. There is no entitlement to admission for the accompanying person if tickets have not been reserved for them. Proof of eligibility must be presented at the admission control without being asked.
** Family discount applies to parents with their children (under 18) or grandparents with their grandchildren (under 18) for events attended together. Excludes all special programs, opening and awards galas, and seminars/workshops.
*** For the redemption of a voucher, a ticket order with indication of the voucher number and the voucher value is required.
