Wild Germany - Nordfriesland

Levees, beaches, holms and the North Sea - that makes up North Friesland. Harbour and Grey Seals rest on the sandbanks. They spend three quarters of their lives at sea, the rest of their time sunbathing. The viewer meets deeply rooted residents of Hallig islands, visits romantic spots, lighthouses, shifting sand dunes and vast mudflats. We watch seals, storks and huge flocks of birds. Impressive aerial views show how unique this landscape in northern Germany is.

Geboren am 29.4.1964 in Hamburg. Nach dem Abitur und einem einjährigen Aufenthalt in Südamerika Studium der Biologie in Hamburg. Vor und während des Studiums Arbeit als Naturfotograf in Südamerika, Asien, Europa und Afrika.
