Taki Nishigawa began her TV career in 1998 when she joined a production company near Tokyo and worked on public-relations programs for the regional government. In 2001, she joined the staff of the NHK Kochi Station, where she began working on local programs and on travelogues and other programs aired nationwide. In the spring of 2011, she became an assistant director on the project to feature Niyodo River; the cleanest body of water in all of Japan. She remains under contract to NHK.

Yuki SAITO
Yuki Saito joined NHK in 2006. He was initially based at a regional station in the city of Kochi, where he worked mainly on documentaries about people and nature. Since 2011, he has been based in Tokyo, where he directs programs about culture and welfare. He is currently working on a travelogue series that takes viewers on a journey around the world. Saito's standout projects include documentaries about Japan's Niyodo River, a floating village on Cambodia's Tonle Sap lake, international responses to the Fukushima nuclear accident, and the MIT Media Lab.
